Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To begin a return, please email us at info@forteux.com and include your order number.

All returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged return packages, so please ensure you keep your tracking information safe.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide full return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — any unapproved returns will not be accepted.
If you need a different size, you must return the original ring in new, unworn condition within 30 days. Where possible, we’ll arrange an exchange at our discretion.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was confirmed and you haven’t received it, please get in touch at info@forteux.com.
Product Guarantee
All Forteux products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing faults from the date of dispatch. This does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. If you believe your item has a fault, contact us and we’ll assess the issue.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
